This is the first of a two course series and is the standard Calif. State Board of Fire Services accredited course as offered in community colleges. Topics include: the occupational analysis, course outline, concepts of learning, levels of instruction, behavioral objectives, using lessons plans, the psychology of learning, and evaluation of effectiveness. Activities include student teaching demonstrations.
