IQCS Nomination Process

Instructions for use of the IQCS Nomination Workflow Process if required by the hosting Geographic Area (see "Policies" tab for that GEO Area), provided the course is set up to accept noms through IQCS.

 

 

IQCS Course Session Nominations -         

  • Within your geo area: use the IQCS Nomination Workflow Process if IQCS access is available to the training officer and your GATR has directed its use.

  • From your geo area going to another geo area: use the IQCS Nom Process if the session is set up to accept nominations through IQCS and your GATR has directed its use. Otherwise use the standard electronic nomination process.

  • From another geo area coming to your geo area: use the IQCS Nom Process if the training officer has IQCS access and your GATR has directed its use. Otherwise use the standard electronic nomination process.

  • Any entities which do not have access to IQCS: continue to use your standard nomination process. Nominations must be sent to the receiving entity/GATR in an electronic format (use the new form advertised on this website).

Job Data Page Requirements for IQCS

Only training officers can create an IQCS nomination.

 

  • Local training officer's name must appear on "Job Data" page under Supv.

  • Nominee name will appear in training officer's IQCS drop-down box of personnel to be nominated for course sessions.

  • To check on who has been nominated to course sessions, the training officer can go to: Employee Self-Service >Training & Dev > Training Request Status
